The online ordering service allows you to order birth certificates and full copies of birth certificates online, and to receive them by registered mail at the address of your choice. The service is open to natural persons of legal age registered in the civil status registers of Morocco.
The request for the certified copy of the family record booklet may be submitted directly by the person concerned to the registrar office which had issued the initial family record or by ordering it through a legalised proxy given to a third party), for the purposes of filing the application and withdrawing the certified copy of the family record book.
In the absence of family ties, the request may be submitted to the Registrar office of Civil Status which issued the initial family record book through the consular services of the place of residence.
Death certificate extracts are issued by the registrar of the place of declaration or transcription of the death (in Morocco or with the consular services). The Consular services may also request copies of this document for Moroccans living abroad.
