Birth, death and marriage certificates
Apostille Pakistani birth, death and marriage certificates.
Birth Certificates issued by a hospital should be signed and stamped by the Medical Superintendent/Deputy Medical Superintendent (MS/DMS)
NADRA Birth Certificates issued by a Union Council should be signed and stamped by the Union Council Secretary.
Nikkah Nama/Marriage Registration Certificates: The original Nikkah Nama is required, issued, signed and stamped by the Nikkah Registrar, along with the Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC) and Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) of the bride with her husband's name.
Death certificates should be issued by NADRA/Union Council.

School leaving certificates from Government and Private schools must be attested by IBCC or District Education Officer/Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA).
