Yes - Indonesia is a member of the Apostille Convention.
Indonesian documents can be legalized for use abroad with an Apostille Stamp when destined for other signatory countries without additional certification by the destination country.

What is an Indonesian Apostille Stamp and why would I need one?
An Indonesian Apostille is a certificate that is affixed to a public document. It certifies the authenticity of the signature appearing on the document as that of an authorized public official in Indonesia and confirms the capacity of that official.
Indonesian Apostille stamps are often required when submitting an Indonesian document, such as a birth certificate, to the authorities of a foreign country or to a foreign embassy in Indonesia (for example, as part of a visa or citizenship application). Apostilles are recognised by the authorities and embassies of countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention

What is document legalization in Indonesia?
Document legalization (or attestation) is a procedure which authenticates a public Indonesian document so that it can be submitted in another country for official or legal purposes - for example, if you need to submit an Indonesian birth certificate to the authority or embassy of another country, it will often need to be legalized.
Legalzing a document in Indonesia certifies the authenticity of the signature appearing on the document as that of an authorized public official in Indonesia and confirms the capacity of that official.
- Because Indonesia is a member of the Apostille Convention, Indonesian documents can be legalized by means of an Apostille Stamp when being submitted to countries that are members of the
Hague Apostille Convention

How can I obtain a copy of an Indonesian birth, marriage or death certificate?
Certified copies of Indonesian birth, death and marriage certificates, including Bali marriage certificates, can be obtained from the local Civil Registry office in Indonesia. Replacement Muslim marriage books can be obtained from the local Office of Religious Affairs (KUA).

How can I obtain an apostille for an Indonesian birth, death or marriage certificate?
Apostilles on Indonesian birth certificates (Akta Kelahiran), death certificates (Akta Kematian) and marriage certificates ((=Akta Perkawinan) can be obtained from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
Apostilles can be applied to original certificates or to notarized true copies (normally possible by sending a good quality scan).
Muslim marriage books (Buku Nikah) require prior legalization by the Ministry of Religious Affairs before an Apostille can be obtained.
Do Indonesian Criminal Record Certificates have an expiry?
Indonesian Certificates of no Criminal Conviction are valid for six months.

How can I obtain my Indonesian Criminal Record Certificate to use abroad?
Indonesian SKCK Certificates of no Criminal Record (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian) should be obtained in Indonesia from the police authorities of your area of residence. Non-Indonesian citizens will need to have been registered at a local police station and provide a copy of their Indonesian visa or KITAS (Temporary Stay Permit). Certificates will not be issued to foreigners who have any Indonesian visa violations. In all cases, a set of fingerprints must be provided, which can be taken at a police station in Indonesia or abroad.

Indonesian university degrees required for submission to the authorities of the United Arab Emirates need to be certified by an Indonesian notary then legalized by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights for final attestation by the UAE embassy in Jakarta.
