Corporate documents
Obtain a Certificate of the Chamber of Commerce (Certificato della Camera di Commercio) from Milan. You can request that each certificate contain a declaration of validity, i.e absence of insolvency proceedings against the business concerned. However, this is not possible for certificates of deposit, of ownership structure and of non-registration. Certificates are available in Italian and English.
Obtain certificates from the Company Register, copies of deeds, financial statements and other filed documents. Certificates contain data of the company (name, registered office, tax code, registration number), information relating to persons holding offices or qualifications (business owner, partners of partnerships, directors, etc.) as well as information relating to the company's corporate activity.
Obtain Company Registration Reports for Italian Companies online. The Company Registration Report contains the personal, legal, economic and tax information for a business, as filed in the Italian Business Register. It also contains data on the company name, details, contacts, address of the registered office, PEC (Certified E-mail), registered office, tax code/VAT registration number, legal form, date of foundation, corporate aim and other data.
Criminal Record Certificates
The local Judicial Records Office (Ufficio del Casellario Giudiziale), based in every Office of the Prosecutor's Office (Procura della Repubblica), issues certificates from the Judicial Records Register.
