Legalzing a document in Monaco certifies the authenticity of the signature appearing on the document as that of an authorized public official in Monaco and confirms the capacity of that official.

Monaco Criminal Record Extracts - Bulletin No. 3 (Extrait de Casier Judiciaire) can be obtained in person or through an authorized representative from the Palais de Justice. Applications can also be submitted by post and by email. Monaco Criminal Record Extracts are issued to Monaco nationals and residents, or to anyone born in Monaco.
